ヴィンテージショップWhat’z Upが先日大きな話題を集めた未発売のYeezy x Gap。

前回リリースしたアイテムとジップフーディーの新色2色に加え新たにフーディーと同じダブルフェイスの
ワイドスウェットパンツも加えて11月22日(水) 22:00よりWhat’z Upのオンラインでリリースすることが明らかになった。

2020年6月、Ye(カニエウェスト)とパートナーシップを締結したGAP。

翌年からYeezy×GAPのコラボレーションアイテムを発売し即日完売などでかなり話題に。しかし2022年、”重大な違反”があったとして10年の契約をわずか2年で契約解消。Yeezy×GAPには、生産されたが未発売のままの商品が多数存在していた。しかし、What’z Upがアメリカでのバイイングの際に”その貴重な未発売の商品”を買い付ける事に成功、今回それがリリースされることに。ラインナップは、2種類でダブルフェイス仕様のスウェットジップフーディー、ダブルフェイス仕様のワイドスウェットパンツとなっている。
What`z Upのバイヤー中村氏も” 数十年アメリカ買い付けをしていますが本当にこのようなアイテムを買い付けれる機会は稀です。”と語った貴重な未発売のフーディー、是非店頭で手に取って頂きたい。

Vintage store What’z Up recently made a big splash with the unreleased Yeezy x Gap.

In addition to the zip hoodie in two new colors, What’s Up has also added a new double-faced pair of wide sweatpants in the same double-faced material as the hoodie.
New items will be available on Wednesday, November 22nd at 10:00pm JST at their online.

In June 2020, GAP entered into a partnership with Ye (Kanye West), and the following year, GAP began releasing Yeezy x GAP collaboration items, which sold out on the same day and became quite the topic of conversation. In 2022, however, the 10-year contract was terminated after only two years due to “serious violations,” and many Yeezy x GAP items were produced but not yet released. However, What’z Up succeeded in acquiring some of these “valuable, unreleased items” during a buying trip to the U.S., and now they are being released. The lineup consists of two types: a double-faced sweat zip hoodie and double-faced wide sweat pants.
