同モデルは、Children of the discordance のブランドの美学を融合させ、Salomon XT-6 クラシック トレイル ランニング シューズに異なるストリート感と生来の探求心をもたらしている。
今回のコラボレーションは、デザイナーの志鎌氏が７年間住んだ新宿の街へのリスペクトが生み出したオリジナルのテキスタイルが最大の特徴。歌舞伎町のビルの大理石やクラブの椅子に張られたベルベットのペイズリー柄をスニーカーに落とし込み、人工物と自然界の美しさをレイヤードしている。 また、「DISCORDANCE EXPLORATION 」の文字がジャガードで表現。
アウトドアからストリート、ライフスタイルまで、さまざまなシーンで非日常的で洗練された履き心地を発揮する一足に仕上がっている。
SALOMON XT-6 X COTD For COSTS XT-6 は、27,500円(税込)で2月14日より限られたSalomonの店舗、Children of the discordance取扱店にて発売される。

Children of the discordance releasing a collaboration with SALOMON XT-6.
Japanese fashion brand Children of the discordance has teamed up with
and Salomon, a pioneer of the French outdoor brand.
The design combines the aesthetics of the Children of the discordance brand with the Salomon XT-6 Classic Trail Running Shoe.
It brings a different street feel and an innate sense of exploration to the Salomon XT-6 Classic Trail Running Shoe.
The SALOMON XT-6 X COTD For COSTS features a paisley pattern on the mesh upper and
marble pattern complete the design.
This collaboration’s textile design showing his respect to the city of Shinjuku, Tokyo, where the designer Shikama lived for seven years.
The marble graphic is inspired from buildings in Kabukicho and the velvet paisley patterns inspired by club chairs.
The brand’s own textile called “PERSONAL DATA TEXTILE” is sublimated and boldly adopted in the upper design.
The words “DISCORDANCE EXPLORATION” are expressed in jacquard, and
